The traineeship and cadetship program at Sea Swift is highly regarded and will provide you with the training and experience to work in logistics, both on shore and at sea. Marine and depot traineeships are available at the Darwin and Cairns depots, and will prepare you for a career in the industry. Special vehicle licensing, ongoing study, mentorships and real-time experience in the depot and on vessels are all available through this program.

Trainees can range in age from school-leavers to those looking for a career change.
