The Opportunity
We are seeking motivated and skilled Marine Engineers (MED 1, MED 2 & Engineer Class 3) to join our expanding fleet. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading marine operator, gain exposure to varied cargo operations, and develop your career while making a genuine contribution to remote communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and monitor vessel propulsion and auxiliary machinery systems.
- Perform planned and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with AMSA, Marine Orders, and company SMS requirements.
- Support safe and efficient cargo and fuel transfer operations.
- Contribute to the vessel’s safety culture, risk assessments, and emergency response.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum: MED 1 or MED 2 NC or Engineer Class 3 (NC or STCW).
- Valid AMSA Medical (Certificate of Medical Fitness).
- Demonstrated experience in coastal or nearshore operations desirable.
Roster & Conditions
- Swing-based roster (4 weeks on / 4 weeks off).
- Competitive salary + allowances, commensurate with ticket held.
