The Customer Support Officer is responsible for the effective and efficient handling of customer support enquiries for the Northern Territory region, including but not limited to phone queries, investigating freight locations and any administrative duties as requested to support effective customer support delivery.

What you will doing:

Qualifications and experience
- Demonstrated experience with customer support interaction.
- Administration skills and experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and general computer skills.
- The maintenance of a current open driver’s licence is desirable.

- Clear and legible handwriting.
