COVID-19: Supplier notice

Dear Valued Supply Chain Partner,

Sea Swift continues to monitor and review the impact of COVID-19 across our business, including our goods and services supply chain. As a key partner to our business, we ask that you assist us in ensuring the essential services we provide each week to over 53 remote island and coastal communities across Northern Australia continues without disruption.

  • On this basis, we very much look forward to your continued cooperation, and in particular ask that you:
  • Promptly advise us if you foresee any disruption to the supply of your goods and services to Sea Swift, now or in the foreseeable future
  • Communicate to your employees the importance of elevated hygiene practices first and foremost, and social distancing where practicable
  • Encourage and support your employees to not present to work should they feel unwell
  • Advise us immediately of any positive COVID-19 cases within your workforce so that contact tracing can be expedited
  • Understand that we will shortly implement increased pre-work screening of contractors working across our business by way of a health status and travel declaration.

These measures will assist in limiting the exposure to COVID-19 across our business, and we will work proactively with all our supply chain partners to address any supply chain issues if, and when, they may arise.
