Sea Swift Mothershipping

Sea Swift operates two mothershipping services, which support the fishing fleets of Far North Queensland and Gulf of Carpentaria.

The MV Emu Bay departs Cairns fortnightly, and services vessels on the East Coast of Far North Queensland.

The MV Kestrel Bay operates in the Gulf of Carpentaria, meeting up with the MV Trinity Bay in Bamaga fortnightly, to transfer frozen product bound for Cairns, and to load fuel, water and stores for the fishing fleets in the Gulf.

Sea Swift's aim is to provide all services required to maintain fishing vessels at sea for extended periods, without the need for return to port for re-supply.

Our services include the supply of fuel, water and stores, and crew exchange. We also carry for sale, a selection of oils, tobaccos, beverages, confectionary and cleaning products.
